摘　　要：脑卒中后疲劳(post-stroke fatigue,PSF)是脑卒中患者常见的并发症之一,严重影响了患者的生活质量和康复效果。近年来,中医康复治疗PSF逐渐受到重视和关注,成为脑卒中后康复领域的热点之一。文章对PSF的中医康复治疗研究进行了综述,包括中医理论对PSF的认识、常用的中医治疗方法和技术、研究进展和未来发展方向等方面。发现中医康复治疗在改善PSF症状和提高生活质量方面具有显著优势,但在治疗机制和方法方面还存在一定的争议和不足。未来需要进一步深入研究中医康复治疗的机制,优化治疗方案和技术,以更好地应对PSF的治疗需求。Post-stroke fatigue(PSF)is one of the common complications of stroke patients,which seriously affects the quality of life and rehabilitation of patients.In recent years,the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of PSF has gradually attracted attention and become one of the hot spots in the field of post-stroke rehabilitation.This article reviewed the research on the rehabilitation treatment of PSF by traditional Chinese medicine,including the understanding of PSF by traditional Chinese medicine theory,commonly used traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods and techniques,research progress and future development direction.It is found that TCM rehabilitation therapy has significant advantages in improving PSF symptoms and improving quality of life,but there are still some controversies and deficiencies in the treatment mechanism and methods.In the future,it is necessary to further study the mechanism of TCM rehabilitation treatment and optimize the treatment plan and technology to better meet the treatment needs of PSF.
