摘　　要：让人民生活幸福是中国共产党人的“国之大者”。在新时代背景下,中国共产党基于时代的发展和人民需求的变化,形成了一套系统完善、内容充实、逻辑严谨的关于人民幸福的观点和理念。这些观点和理念以“现实的个人”为基点,明确了人民的幸福主体地位;基于马克思所描绘的“现实幸福”,擎画出人民“美好生活”的幸福蓝图;在继承马克思“劳动幸福”的基础之上,指明“奋斗幸福”的实现路径;以宽广博大的胸怀,将中国人民幸福与全人类幸福联系起来,绘制出全人类幸福的美好愿景。新时代中国共产党的人民幸福观不仅实现了对马克思主义幸福理论的赓续发展,更深化了对人民幸福的主体、内涵以及人民幸福的实现路径、最终归宿的认知与掌握,从而推动人类幸福事业不断向前发展。The Chinese Communists’“top priority of the country”is to make people live a happy life.In the context of the new era,the Communist Party of China,based on the development of the times and changes in people’s needs,has formed a set of systematic,well-rounded and logically rigorous views and concepts on the happiness of the people.These views and concepts,taking“real individuals”as the starting point,make clear the principal position of the people’s happiness;based on the“real happiness”depicted by Marx,they draw a blueprint for the people’s“better life”;building on Marx’s“happiness through labor”,they point out the path of achieving“happiness through struggle”;with a broad and inclusive mind,they connect the happiness of the Chinese people with that of all humanity,thus envisioning an aspiration for the happiness of all mankind.The CPC’s concept of people’s happiness in the new era not only advances Marxist theories of happiness but also deepens the understanding of the subject,essence,pathways,and ultimate destination of people’s happiness,thus making great contributions to the ongoing development of the cause of human happiness.
