摘　　要：主权认同作为政治认同的核心,其复杂性与挑战性需更多关注和深入探究。在政治学视域中,主权认同是对国家或政治实体最高权威和独立性的集中性认可,是评判国家政治和国际关系的关键所在。当代主权概念定义复杂多样,实现方式多元模糊,“去中心化”趋势明显。当这些问题凸显时,主权认同历史诠释谱系的异质性特征就越发明显,造成更大的理解困境。本质上,当主权认同面临弱化和解构风险时,悬浮难题是最严峻的挑战,而主权集中性的碎片化则是关键原因。因此,面对主权认同的复杂层次与丰富内容,应在实践中重构集中性路径,重建主权一致性。为了实现这一目标,须从主权概念“集中性”属性出发,厘清实现“一致性”的框架与方式,并进行合理性分析。在彰显异质性的基础上,通过双元驱动筑牢根基,凭借多元竞合优化环境,利用系统共塑整合途径,巩固主权认同,提升政治认同的核心力量。Sovereign identity,being the core issue of political identity,requires more attention and deeper exploration due to its complexity and challenges.From the perspective of political science,sovereign identity not only represents a universal recognition of the supreme authority and independence of a country or political entity but also serves as the key to evaluate national politics and international relations.In contemporary times,the concept of sovereignty is defined in complex and diverse ways,with varied and ambiguous modes of realization and an evident trend toward“decentralization”.As these problems become more prominent,the heterogeneous characteristics of the historical interpretation of sovereign identity become increasingly apparent,leading to greater difficulties in understanding.In essence,when sovereign identity faces risks of weakening and deconstruction,the problem of“identity suspension”emerges as the most pressing issue,with the fragmentation of universal recognition being the primary cause.Therefore,in addressing the complexity and rich contents of sovereign identity,it is necessary to reconstruct in practice the paths and rebuild the universal recognition of sovereignty.To achieve this goal,we need to clarify the“centralization”attribute of sovereignty,define the framework and methods for achieving“consistency”,and conduct a rational analysis.Based on the recognition of heterogeneity,a dual-driven approach should be adopted to strengthen the foundation,optimize the environment through pluralistic competition and cooperation,and utilize systematic integration to consolidate sovereignty identity.This,in turn,will enhance the core strength of political identity.
