摘 要:‘保佳早蜜’是在‘深州蜜桃’产区发现的白肉桃实生优系,其果实具有‘深州蜜桃’的独特风味。为明确桃新品系‘保佳早蜜’的亲缘关系,本研究利用筛选出的19对多态性良好的SSR引物对深州及其周边的54个桃品种进行分析,并利用SSR分子标记进行聚类分析。结果显示,共扩增出DNA谱带225条,其中多态性谱带194条,占扩增谱带数总和的86.2%,‘保佳早蜜’与‘深州蜜桃’在树状图上聚为一类,相似系数达0.821,推断‘深州蜜桃’是‘保佳早蜜’的亲本。本研究明确了‘保佳早蜜’的亲缘关系,排除了其与以前品种是同物异名的可能,同时也为今后以‘深州蜜桃’与‘保佳早蜜’为亲本进行桃新品种选育提供了理论依据。'Baojiazaomi'is a superior strain of white-fleshed peach discovered in the'Shenzhoumitao'producing area,its fruit exhibits the unique flavor of'Shenzhoumitao'.To clarify its genetic relationship,19 pairs of SSR primers with good polymorphism were used to analyze 54 peach cultivars planted in and around Shenzhou.A total of 225 DNA bands were amplified,including 194 polymorphic bands,accounting for 86.2%of the total number of bands.Cluster analysis showed that'Shenzhoumitao'and'Baojiazaomi'were clustered into one group,and showed a SM coefficient of 0.821.Therefore,it was presumed that'Baojiazaomi'was the offspring of'Shenzhoumitao'.This study clarified the genetic relationship of'Baojiazaomi',and excluded the possibility that it was a synonym with the previous variety.This study also provides a theoretical basis for breeding new peach varieties with'Shenzhoumitao'and'Baojiazaomi'as parents.
