摘 要:航空发动机近地面工作时,由于地面效应会形成地面涡,当地面涡结构被吸入进气道后,可能引起发动机的进气畸变,进而影响发动机的工作稳定性。本文以舰载发动机移动试车台研制为背景,使用ANSYS CFX基于RANS方法开展了针对双曲线型唇口设计进气道的进气流场结构及地面涡气动特性的数值分析。研究结果表明:逆风条件下,离地间隙越小越容易产生地面涡。逆风条件下的涡强明显大于无风条件。随着逆风风速的增大,地面涡被吹向唇口下方,双曲线唇口将阻挡地面涡被吸入进气道,进而降低进气压力畸变。同时,地面涡将由涡量更强的单涡结构发展成较弱的双尾涡涡结构,并且压力畸变效应减弱。来流与进气中轴线夹角Ψ不仅对地面涡的强度、形态及分布特征有影响,也会影响进气道截面的压力分布情况,当来流角度Ψ=120°时,地面涡的涡强最强并且进气道内的压力畸变情况最严重。When aircraft engines operate near the ground,ground effect can induce the formation of ground vortices.When ground vortices are ingested into the inlet,it may cause distortion of the inlet airflow,thereby af⁃fecting the operational stability of the engine.To develop a shipborne test platform,this study employs ANSYS CFX based on the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)method to conduct numerical analysis on the air⁃flow structure in the inlet duct with a hyperbolic lip design and the aerodynamic characteristics of ground vortices.The results indicate that under headwind conditions,smaller ground clearance leads to a greater likelihood of ground vortex generation.Under headwind conditions,the strength of vortices is significantly greater than that un⁃der no-wind conditions.As headwind speed increases,ground vortices are blown downward toward the lip,and the hyperbolic lip obstructs the ingestion of ground vortices into the inlet,consequently reducing inlet pressure distortion.Moreover,ground vortices transition from a single-vortex structure with stronger vorticity to a weaker double-vortex structure,accompanied by a reduction in pressure distortion effects.The angle of the incoming flowΨnot only affects the intensity,morphology,and distribution characteristics of ground vortices but also in⁃fluences the pressure distribution within the inlet duct cross-section.When incoming flow angleΨ=120°,ground vortex strength is maximized,and the severity of pressure distortion within the inlet duct is most pronounced.
