摘  要:为全面提升高速涡轮发动机的超多级压气机(7级以上)的研制能力,本文对高通流宽工况适应范围超多级压气机开展了技术研究与验证。针对其进口马赫数高、工作转速范围宽等特点,开展了高通流小轮毂比压气机设计以及兼顾地面起飞和高马赫数状态的宽工况适应范围压气机设计等技术研究工作,并在此基础上完成高通流宽工况适应范围超多级压气机的设计仿真和试验验证,全面研究地面起飞和高马赫数两种状态下各级的匹配情况。试验结果表明:地面起飞和高马赫数两种状态下,压气机流量、压比、效率达到设计指标。地面起飞状态1.0相对转速,最高效率0.891,高马赫数状态0.741相对转速,最高效率0.865,各转速稳定裕度均大于24%。各级匹配良好,解决了高负荷超多级压气机匹配难和高通流压气机效率低等问题,为下一代发动机的压气机设计奠定了基础。To comprehensively improve the design capability of super multistage(more than 7 stages)com⁃pressor for high-speed turbine engine,the design and verification of the super multistage compressor with highpass flow and wide operating range were introduced in this paper.It is characterized by high inlet Mach number and wide working range.The design technology of high-pass flow compressor with small hub-tip ratio,the design technology of compressor with wide operating range considering ground take-off and high Mach number working condition were studied.The design simulation and test verification of super multistage compressor with high-pass flow and wide operating range was accomplished,and the matching of each stage under the two states of ground take-off and high Mach number was comprehensively studied.The test results show that the compressor flow rate,pressure ratio and efficiency meet the design index under the ground take-off and high Mach number states.The maximum efficiency of the ground take-off state is 0.891 at 100%relative rotating speed,and that of the high Mach number state is 0.865 at 74.1%relative rotating speed.The surge margin of each rotating speed is greater than 24%,which is well matched at all stages.The problems of difficult matching of high-load super multistage compressor and low efficiency of high-pass flow compressor are solved,which lays a foundation for the compres⁃sor design of the next generation engine.
