摘  要:为实现轴流涡轮性能的快速分析,同时模拟叶片通道内的流动分布,发展了时间推进一维控制方程模型,并进一步开发了轴流涡轮一维性能计算程序。为模拟叶片对气流偏转作用,引入一种鲁棒的无粘叶片力模型,同时融合损失经验模型模拟粘性损失效应。利用该程序对KJ66发动机单级涡轮以及E^(3)发动机两级高压涡轮展开特性分析,并将预测值与相关实验数据或三维数值仿真进行了对比验证。两款涡轮单工况点的计算时长均不超过1 s。结果表明,该模型能快速准确评估涡轮特性,具备自然模拟涡轮堵塞工况的能力,在涡轮设计阶段性能评估分析中具备较好的应用潜力。In order to achieve rapid performance analysis of the axial turbines and simulate the flow details in the blade passage,a time-marching one-dimensional governing equations model is developed,and a one-di⁃mensional performance calculation program for axial turbines is further developed.In this program,a robust invis⁃cid blade force model is introduced to simulate the flow deflection inside the blades,and an empirical loss model is integrated to simulate the viscous loss effects.Then,the program is used to analyse the characteristics of the KJ66 engine turbine and E^(3) two-stage high-pressure turbine,and the predicted results were compared and veri⁃fied with relevant experimental data or three-dimensional numerical simulation.The time of both turbines cost less than one second at one operating point.The results indicate that the model can quickly and accurately evalu⁃ate turbine characteristics,is able to naturally simulate choke condition,and has good potential for application in performance evaluation during turbine design stage.
