摘  要:为了提高液氧/甲烷发动机再生冷却通道的换热效率,提出了波纹形状冷却通道结构。编程计算得到甲烷随温度压力同时变化的冷却剂物性参数,对软件进行用户自定义函数(UDF)二次开发,进而对发动机推力室与再生冷却通道进行了燃烧传热耦合模拟。对比了波纹通道与光滑通道的换热能力,结果表明:壁面波纹形状使冷却剂在通道内充分掺混,降低了壁面的法向温度梯度,冷却效果更好。当波高H=0.6 mm时波纹通道相较于光滑通道最高温度和平均温度分别降低93.9 K和24.9 K。波纹通道形状决定波纹通道的换热能力,进一步研究了不同波纹高度与进口雷诺数对冷却通道换热性能的影响,当H<0.4 mm时换热能力较弱,H>0.6 mm时流动阻力激增,在进口雷诺数为1.8×10^(5)时,波纹通道的综合换热因子更高。In order to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the regenerative cooling channel of LOX/methane engine,the corrugated shape cooling channel structure was proposed.The coolant physical parameters of methane changing simultaneously with temperature and pressure were obtained by calculational programming,and User-Defined Functions(UDF)of the software was carried out to simulate the coupled heat transfer between the engine thrust chamber and the regenerative cooling channel.The heat transfer capacity of the corrugated chan⁃nel was compared with that of the smooth channel.The results show that the corrugated shape of the wall makes the coolant fully mixed in the channel,reduces the normal temperature gradient of the wall,and has better cool⁃ing effect.When the corrugation height H=0.6 mm the maximum and average temperatures of corrugated channel are reduced by 93.9 K and 24.9 K respectively compared with the smooth channel.The shape of the corrugated channel determines the heat transfer capacity of the corrugated channel.The effects of different corrugation heights and inlet Reynolds number on the heat transfer performance of the cooling channel were further investigat⁃ed.The heat transfer capacity of the corrugated channel is weaker when H<0.4 mm,and the flow resistance in⁃creases sharply when H>0.6 mm.When the inlet Reynolds number is 1.8×10^(5),the performance evaluation crite⁃ria of the corrugated channel is higher.
