摘 要:为了研究氧化石墨烯(GO)对含CL-20的NEPE推进剂热分解和燃烧过程的影响,利用溶剂-非溶剂法制备了不同GO含量的NEPE推进剂,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM-EDS)、同步热分析仪(STA)及快速热加载实验平台(RCM)对所制备的NEPE推进剂微观形貌、热分解动力学参数及燃速进行分析。结果表明,GO的添加使NEPE推进剂表面形成紧密的层状结构,将暴露在表面的大粒径CL-20,HMX及AP包覆,使其暴露在表面的含量减少;而Al粒径较小会均匀分布在GO层状结构中,导致表面的Al含量增多。不含氧化石墨烯的NEPE推进剂GO0热分解主要包括5个放热阶段,添加氧化石墨烯使得推进剂热分解合并为3个主要的放热过程。GO添加对CL-20及HMX热分解起到抑制作用,但促进了AP热分解。GO0基础配方在3.5 MPa和825 K下的燃速为9.5 mm/s,添加0.025%~0.1%的氧化石墨烯,使得NEPE推进剂燃速提高10%~20%。In order to investigate the effects of graphene oxide(GO)on the thermal decomposition and com⁃bustion process of NEPE propellants containing CL-20,NEPE propellants with different GO contents were pre⁃pared using a solvent-nonsolvent method.The microtopography,thermal decomposition kinetic parameters and burning rate of the NEPE propellants were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM-EDS),simultane⁃ous thermal analysis(STA)and rapid compression machine(RCM).Results show that the addition of GO result⁃ed in the formation of a dense layered structure on the surface of NEPE propellant,where large particles of CL-20,HMX and AP were cladded,whose contents also decreased.The smaller Al particle size was evenly distribut⁃ed in the layered structure of GO,leading to an increase in Al content on the surface.The thermal decomposition of NEPE propellant without graphene oxide(GO0)mainly includes five exothermic stages.While,the addition of graphene oxide merges the thermal decomposition process of the propellant into three main exothermic stages.GO has an inhibitory effect on the thermal decomposition of CL-20 and HMX,but promotes the thermal decomposi⁃tion of AP.The burning rate of GO0 is 9.5 mm/s at 3.5 MPa and 825 K.Note that burning rates of NEPE propel⁃lants increased by 10%~20%with the addition of 0.025%~0.1%GO.
