摘  要:为支撑未来宽域飞行器技术研究,针对几何可调进气道的往复式动密封结构,采用数值仿真与实验研究相结合的方法,研究了几何结构、粗糙度等参数对密封泄漏特性的影响规律。结果表明:(1)动密封结构泄漏通道分为主泄漏通道和次泄漏通道,密封结构的几何参数对泄漏率具有显著影响;(2)陶瓷栅片厚度、侧壁变形量是主通道泄漏率的主要影响因素,当陶瓷栅片长厚比由4.6增大到11.5时,主泄漏通道的泄漏率降幅可达89.8%,当侧壁相对变形量由0.006增大到0.01时,主泄漏通道泄漏率增大了259%;(3)陶瓷栅片与下隔板的间隙对次泄漏通道泄漏率有很大影响,当出口间隙由0.05 mm增大到0.2 mm时,泄漏率可增大10倍;(4)通道粗糙度对主泄漏通道泄漏率影响甚微,可忽略不计。To support the research on wide range vehicles for the future,dynamic seal structures for vari⁃able geometry inlet(VGI)were investigated.Via numerical simulation and experimental research,the effects of parameters on the characteristics of leakage rate such as structure and roughness were discussed.The results show that:(1)the leakage channel of dynamic sealing structure is divided into primary leakage channel and sec⁃ondary leakage channel,and the geometric parameters of sealing structure have a significant impact on the leak⁃age rate.(2)The thickness of ceramic wafer and side wall deformation are the main factors affecting the leakage rate of the main channel.When the ratio of ceramic wafer length to thickness increases from 4.6 to 11.5,the leak⁃age rate of the main leakage channel can decrease by 89.8%.When the relative deformation of the side wall in⁃creases from 0.006 to 0.01,the leakage rate of the main leakage channel increases by 259%(.3)The gap between the ceramic wafer and the lower diaphragm has a great influence on the leakage rate of the secondary leakage channel.When the outlet gap increases from 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm,the leakage rate can be increased by 10 times.(4)The roughness of the channel has little effect on the leakage rate of the main leakage channel,which can be ignored.
