摘 要:探究了掺氢天然气对直火灶、旋火灶、红外灶热工性能的影响。当掺氢比例从0增加到25%时,3种燃气灶的实测热负荷随着掺氢比例增加而减小,但仍能满足国家标准对于燃气灶热负荷偏差的要求。直火灶、旋火灶和红外灶的热效率相比于掺氢比例为0的情况,最大变化量分别为0.81%、1.25%和1.36%,可以看作基本保持不变。当掺氢比例从0增加到25%时,直火灶燃烧器的表面温升为62℃,旋火灶燃烧器的表面温升为127℃,红外灶陶瓷面板表面温升为41℃。当掺氢比例从0增加到25%时,直火灶烟气中CO体积分数降低94.1%,旋火灶烟气中CO体积分数降低58.7%,红外灶烟气中CO体积分数降低93.1%。3种燃气灶烟气中CO排放量随着掺氢比例增加大幅度减小,NO_(x)排放量基本保持不变。The influence of hydrogen-blended natural gas on the thermal performance of normal round-port stoves,swirling strip-port stoves and infrared stoves is studied.When the hydrogen blending ratio increases from 0 to 25%,the measured heat load of the three gas stoves decreases with the increase of hydrogen blending ratio,but still meets the requirements of national standards for gas stove heat load deviation.Compared to the case of zero hydrogen blending ratio,the maximum changes in thermal efficiency of normal round-port stoves,swirling strip-port stoves and infrared stoves are 0.81%,1.25%and 1.36%,respectively,which can be considered as basically unchanged.When the hydrogen blending ratio increases from 0 to 25%,the surface temperature rise of the normal round-port stove burner is 62℃,the surface temperature rise of the swirling strip-port stove burner is 127℃,and the surface temperature rise of the infrared stove ceramic panel is 41℃.When the hydrogen blending ratio increases from 0 to 25%,the volume fraction of CO in the flue gas of normal round-port stoves decreases by 94.1%,the volume fraction of CO in the flue gas of swirling strip-port stoves decreases by 58.7%,and the volume fraction of CO in the flue gas of infrared stoves decreases by 93.1%.The CO emissions in the flue gas of three types of gas stoves decrease significantly with the increase of hydrogen blending ratio,while the NO x emissions in the flue gas remain basically unchanged.
