麝香保心丸联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨麝香保心丸联合酒石酸美托洛尔对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的有效性及对凝血功能的影响。方法:选择医院收治的80例UA患者,通过随机数表法将其分成两组,每组40例患者。对照组患者单用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组患者联合麝香保心丸治疗。治疗时间为8周。比较两组临床疗效、凝血功能、心肌损伤指标、心功能及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043);观察组患者纤维蛋白原(FIB)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、脑钠肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均比对照组低,其心输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用麝香保心丸与酒石酸美托洛尔联合治疗UA患者效果确切,不仅能改善患者凝血功能及心功能,还能减轻其心肌损伤,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UA)and its impact on coagulation function.Method:Convenient sampling was used to select 80 UA patients,all of patients were admitted to the hospital.They were divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received metoprolol tartrate alone,while the observation group received a combination of musk heart protecting pills.The treatment period is 8 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,coagulation function,myocardial injury indicators,cardiac function,and adverse reactions between two groups.After treatment,the clinical effect of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Before treatment,there was no difference in coagulation function,myocardial injury,and heart function between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),cardiac troponin(cTnI),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the cardiac output(CO)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shexiang Baoxin pill and metoprool tartrate in the treatment of UA patients has a definite effect,which can not only improve the coagulation function and heart function of patients,but also reduce the myocardial damage,with less adverse reactions and high safety.
