活血接骨汤对股骨粗隆间骨折患者PFNA术后康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨粗隆间骨折(IFF)患者股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)术后采取活血接骨汤治疗的效果。方法:采取随机数表法将医院收治的80例IFF患者分为两组,各40例患者。观察组患者采取常规治疗+活血接骨汤治疗,对照组患者采用常规治疗。比较两组骨折愈合时间、骨代谢指标及血液流变学指标。结果:观察组患者骨折愈合时间比对照组短(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后骨钙素(OC)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)及Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽(CTX)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血沉、全血比黏度、红细胞压积(HCT)及血浆黏度水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IFF患者PFNA术后采用活血接骨汤治疗可改善其骨代谢及血液流变学,促进患者术后骨折愈合。Objective:To explore the effect of blood and bone grafting soup treatment after proximal femur anti-spin intramedullary nailing(PFNA)in patients with intertrochanteric femur fracture(IFF).Methods:80 cases of IFF patients admitted to the hospital were divided into 2 groups of 40 cases each by randomized table method.The observation group was treated with conventional treatment+Blood and Bone Extracting Soup,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment.Compare the fracture healing time,bone metabolism indexes and blood rheology indexes of the two groups.Results:The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of osteocalcin(OC),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and type I collagen carboxy-terminal peptide(CTX)increased in the two groups after treatment,and were higher in the observation group(P<0.05);the levels of blood sedimentation,whole blood specific viscosity,erythrocyte hematocrit(HCT)and plasma viscosity decreased in the two groups after treatment,and were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of IFF patients with PFNA after PFNA with blood-boosting and bone-accessing soup can improve bone metabolism and blood rheology,and promote postoperative fracture healing.
