摘　　要：目的:探讨基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的舒适护理模式在全麻下行甲状腺癌根治术后复苏期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取医院头颈甲状腺外科进行全麻下甲状腺癌根治术患者,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组(101例)和观察组(101例)。对照组患者接受常规麻醉复苏室护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施基于ERAS理念的舒适护理模式。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者舒适度评分和满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者术后麻醉相关并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且复苏时间也显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将基于ERAS理念的舒适护理模式应用于甲状腺癌根治术后复苏期,能够有效提升患者的术后舒适度,缓解疼痛,降低术后麻醉相关并发症的发生率,提高患者满意度,促进患者快速康复,加快复苏安全周转,从而提高护理服务质量。Objective:This study aimed to explore the application and effectiveness of the comfort nursing model based on the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)concept during the postoperative recovery period in patients who underwent thyroid cancer radical surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:Patients admitted to the Head and Neck Thyroid Surgery Department of the hospital,who underwent thyroid cancer radical surgery,were selected.Patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=101)and an observation group(n=101)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care in the recovery room,while the observation group received the comfort nursing model based on the ERAS concept in addition to the routine care.The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group showed significantly higher comfort and satisfaction scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence of postoperative anesthesia-related complications was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05),and the recovery time was also significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the comfort nursing model based on the ERAS concept during the postoperative recovery period in thyroid cancer radical surgery can effectively enhance postoperative comfort,alleviate pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative anesthesia-related complications,improve patient satisfaction,promote rapid recovery,accelerate the safe turnover of recovery,and thus improve the quality of nursing services.
