摘　　要：目的:探讨基于焦点解决模式下护理干预对带状疱疹(HZ)患者治疗依从性及康复效果的影响。方法:共纳入医院接收的60例HZ患者,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例患者,对照组患者予以常规护理,基于此,观察组患者予以基于焦点解决模式下护理干预;比较两组康复效果;比较两组患者的治疗依从性和干预前后心理状态。结果:观察组患者康复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者焦虑自评表(SAS)、抑郁自评表(SDS)均下降,且观察组患者评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于焦点解决模式下护理干预应用于HZ患者中,可提高其康复效果及治疗依从性,改善患者不良心理状态。Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on the focal solution model on the treatment compliance and rehabilitation effect of herpes zoster(HZ)patients.Methods:A total of 60 cases of HZ patients received in the hospital,were divided into two groups by random number table method,i.e.,the control group and the observation group,30 cases respectively,the control group was given routine nursing care,based on which the observation group was given nursing intervention based on the focal solution model;the rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared;the treatment adherence and psychological status of the patients of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Before and after the intervention,the patients'treatment compliance and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the rehabilitation efficiency of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);after the intervention,the treatment adherence of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the self-assessment scales of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on the focal solution model applied to HZ patients can improve the rehabilitation effect,treatment compliance,and improve the adverse psychological state of patients.
