赋能教育结合量化早期活动训练对乳腺癌术后患者应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨赋能教育结合量化早期活动训练在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取医院收治的92例乳腺癌手术患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各46例患者。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者采用赋能教育结合量化早期活动训练。对比两组心理状态、自我管理能力、肩关节活动度及水肿发生率。结果:干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),其自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分、肩关节活动度高于对照组,并且其水肿发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赋能教育结合量化早期活动训练可以改善乳腺癌患者心理状态与自我管理能力,促进肩关节活动度恢复,减少水肿的发生,提升生活质量。Objective:To explore the application value of empowerment education combined with early quantitative activity training in patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods:92 patients with breast cancer undergoing surgery in Yiyang County People's hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 46 cases in each group.All cases were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)by random number table.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group adopted empowerment education combined with early quantitative activity training.The two groups were compared in terms of psychological state,self-management ability and shoulder joint mobility and the incidence of edema.Results:After the intervention,the observation group had lower Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale depression(SDS)scores than the control group;the scores of self-management competence measurement scale(ESCA)and shoulder mobility were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of edema was lower than that of the control group,which was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empowerment education combined with early quantitative activity training can improve the psychological state and self-management ability of breast cancer patients,promote the recovery of shoulder joint mobility,reduce the occurrence of edema,and enhance the quality of life.
