摘 要:目的:探讨改变进餐顺序对2型糖尿病患者进餐体验和血糖的影响。方法:把符合入组标准的74例2型糖尿病患者根据随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组37例患者。对照组患者在确定每天摄入总热量基础上指导饮食,实验组基于对照组基础上调整患者进餐顺序,比较两组患者干预前后进餐体验和血糖的影响。结果:实验组患者通过改变进餐顺序,其生化指标(血糖、糖化血红蛋白)的改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并且其进餐体验优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改变2型糖尿病患者的进餐顺序能有效降低患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白值和低血糖发生率,提高糖尿病患者的进餐体验。Objective:To explore the effect of changing meal order on eating experience and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:74 type 2 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 37 patients.Patients in the control group guided the diet on the basis of the total daily calorie intake,and in the experimental group,based on the control group,compared the meal experience and blood glucose before and after the intervention.Results:By changing the eating order,the improvement of biochemical parameters(blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin)in the control group was significant(P<0.05),the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the eating comfort was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Changing the eating order of type 2 diabetes patients can effectively reduce the incidence of blood glucose,HbA1c and hypoglycemia,and improve the dining comfort and improve the dining experience.
