个性化随访干预结合艾灸在老年高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察个性化随访干预结合艾灸在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取于医院就诊的60例高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各30例患者。对照组患者采用常规口服西药降压治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予个性化随访干预结合艾灸干预。比较两组血压控制率、依从性情况。结果:观察组患者血压控制率优于对照组,其治疗总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化随访干预结合艾灸在老年高血压患者中应用可提高患者治疗依从性,更利于患者较好地控制血压水平,提高血压控制率。Objective:To observe the application effect of personalized follow-up combined with moxibustion in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods:60 cases of hypertensive patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into 2 groups of 30 cases each according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional oral western medicine for antihypertensive therapy,and on this basis,the observation group was given personalized follow-up combined with moxibustion intervention.Comparison of blood pressure control rate and adherence between the two groups.Results:The blood pressure control rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the total compliance rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized follow-up combined with moxibustion in elderly hypertensive patients can improve patients'adherence,which is more conducive to better control of patients'blood pressure level and improve the blood pressure control rate.
