摘　　要：农民利益问题是列宁在苏俄经济发展中绕不开的重大课题。和平建设时期的军事共产主义政策使得农民的利益严重受损,为了挽回农民,列宁在新经济政策时期把看顾农民利益作为改革的出发点实施了针对性举措:一是推行粮食税;二是促进工农正常流转。新经济政策时期列宁看顾农民利益的实践启示我们:要勇于自我革命,以彻底的自我革命来引领伟大社会革命;坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,把以人民为中心落实到现代化建设的伟大实践中;要增强问题意识,具体问题具体分析,敢于担当作为以谋求发展。The farmers’interests was an unavoidable major issue for Lenin in the economic development of So⁃viet Russia.The military communist policy during the period of peaceful construction seriously damaged the interests of the peasants.In order to save the peasants,Lenin implemented targeted measures in the new eco⁃nomic policy period,taking care of the interests of farmers as the starting point of reform:first,to pro⁃mote the grain tax.second,to promote the free trade of workers and peasants.Lenin’s commitment to farmers’interests during the period of New Economic Policy enlightens us to remain committed to self-reform and lead the social revolution with a thorough self-revolution;Uphold the philosophy of people-centered develop⁃ment,ensuring it permeates the grand endeavor of modernization;Foster a keen awareness of issues,adopt tailored analyses of specific problems,and boldly assume roles in pursuit of development.
