兴边富民行动背景下广西边境旅游发展策略研究

摘　　要：边境地区的经济发展历来是党和国家关注的重点,党的二十大报告指出,要加强边境地区建设,推进兴边富民,稳边固边。2000年正式启动的兴边富民行动为广西边境旅游发展创造了条件,给广西边境旅游发展带来了新的机遇,但由于边境旅游涉及问题的广泛性与复杂性,广西边境旅游在发展中依然面临基础设施建设滞后、旅游资源开发不足、旅游合作不够深入、旅游人才匮乏等困境。在兴边富民行动实施背景下,广西边境旅游的发展应紧紧依靠和围绕强基固边、生态护边、开放睦边、人才强边等兴边富民工程,不断加强基础设施建设,合理开发利用资源,拓宽跨境旅游合作路径,引育边境旅游人才,从而实现边境旅游高质量发展。The economic development of border areas has always been the focus of the party and the state.In 2000,the action of rejuvenating border areas and enriching the people created conditions for the develop⁃ment of border tourism in Guangxi,and brought new opportunities for the development of border tourism in Guangxi,the border tourism in Guangxi is still faced with the difficulties of lagging infrastructure con⁃struction,insufficient exploitation of tourism resources,insufficient cooperation and shortage of tourism talents.The development of Guangxi border tourism should depend on such projects as strengthening the bor⁃der,protecting the border ecologically,opening the border and enriching the people,etc.,we will continue to strengthen infrastructure construction,develop and utilize resources rationally,broaden the path of cross-border tourism cooperation,and educate border tourism talents,so as to achieve high-quality develop⁃ment of border tourism.
