摘　　要：青年是祖国的未来,民族的希望。乡村要振兴,关键在人才,人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础,为持续推动乡村振兴战略不断向前发展,为党在农村工作培育人才、为“三农”事业提供新生驱动力,要以习近平青年观为指引,以基层党组织为引领,强化基层党组织理论指导,创新人才培育机制,厘清基层情况。Youth is the future of the motherland and the hope he foundation of rural revitalization.In or⁃der to continuously promote the rural revitalization strategy,cultivate talents for the Party’s work in the countryside,and provide a new driving force for the cause of the“Three Rural Areas”,it is necessary to be guided by Xi Jinping’s view of youth,and to take the leadership of grass-roots Party organizations,strengthen the theoretical guidance of grass-roots Party organizations,and innovate the mechanism for cul⁃tivating talents.We should take Xi Jinping’s view of youth as our guide,strengthen the theoretical guidance of grass-roots party organizations,innovate the mechanism for cultivating talents,and clarify the situa⁃tion at the grassroots level.
