摘  要:本文研究离子色谱法测定含高氯硝酸盐样品时,氯离子对硝酸盐测定结果的影响及消除氯离子干扰的方法。结果显示:氯离子浓度为500、1 000、2 000 mg/L硝酸盐标准溶液(0.5 mg/L)直接检测,测定值相对误差为104%~486%,且随着氯离子含量增大,测定结果误差变大;检测时通过改变积分方式,采用“谷到谷”的积峰方式,高氯标准溶液测定值相对误差为2.2%~12.2%;样品使用Ag-H前处理柱处理后,高氯标准溶液测定值相对误差为-2.6%~1.4%,实际加标样品的平行性和加标回收率均满足要求。Ag-H前处理柱可有效去除氯离子干扰,为高氯水体硝酸盐的检测提供参考。This paper studies the influence and interference elimination of chloride ions in the determination of nitrate samples containing high chloride by ion chromatography.The results show that:when the nitrate standard solution(0.5 mg/L)with chloride ion concentrations of 500,1000,and 2000 mg/L is directly detected,the relative errors of the measured value is 104%to 486%,and the error increased with the increase of chloride ion content.By changing the integration method during detection and adopting the"valley-to-valley"peak integration method,the relative errors of the measured value of the high chloride standard solution is 2.2%to 12.2%.After the sample is treated with an Ag-H pretreatment column,the relative errors of the measured value of the high chloride standard solution is-2.6%to 1.4%.The parallelism and recovery rate of the actual spiked samples both meet the requirements.The Ag-H pretreatment column can effectively remove the interference of chloride ions,providing a reference for the determination of nitrate in high chloride water bodies.
