摘 要:为解决现行船舶结构有限元分析建模效率低和方案修改后模型重复创建等问题,基于3DE软件船舶结构设计的特点,提出一种船舶结构模型CAD/CAE一体化的方法。该方法应用CAD/CAE软件二次开发技术,从3DE软件中批量提取板材、型材及其属性数据,并利用HyperMesh软件编制算法自动进行几何处理、属性赋予及网格划分,创建的分析模型可以导入到专业的有限元分析软件中完成分析工作。以某艇为原型,对其舱段结构进行建模分析,工作量由数天减少至10 min内,验证了该方法相对于传统有限元建模分析方法的先进性、准确性与实用性。To solve the problems of low efficiency in finite element analysis modeling of current ship structures and repeated creation of models after scheme modification,a CAD/CAE integrated method for ship structure model is proposed based on the characteristics of 3DE software ship structure design.This method utilizes CAD/CAE software secondary development technology to batch extract sheet metal,profiles,and their attribute data from 3DE software and uses HyperMesh software to develop algorithms for automatic geometric processing,attribute assignment,and mesh division.The created analysis model can be imported into professional finite element analysis software to complete the analysis work.Taking a boat as a prototype,the modeling and analysis of its cabin structure are carried out,and the workload is reduced from a few days to 10 minutes.The progressiveness,accuracy and practicability of this method compared with the traditional finite element modeling and analysis method are verified.
