摘  要:[目的]随着航运业的蓬勃发展,船舶事故风险相应增加,船舶救援救助能力面临着更高的要求。为对船舶智能救援救助领域的研究和实践提供有益参考,推动船舶救援救助智能化水平不断提升,从而更好地保障海上生命财产安全以及海洋环境的可持续发展,[方法]全面梳理智能化技术在船舶救援救助领域的应用,分析其国内外发展现状、关键技术及研究现状。[结果]总结船舶智能救援救助技术的应用场景,提出船舶智能救援救助技术发展过程中面临的技术、法规、标准和研发投入等方面的挑战,[结论]为船舶智能救援救助的发展提出多方面的展望。[Purpose]With the vigorous development of the shipping industry,the risk of ship accidents has correspondingly increased,and the ship rescue and salvage technology are facing higher requirements.In order to provide a useful reference for the research and practice in the field of intelligent ship rescue and salvage,and to promote the continuous improvement of the level of intelligent ship rescue and salvage,so as to better ensure the safety of life and property at sea and the sustainable development of the marine environment,[Method]the applications of intelligent technologies in the field of ship rescue and salvage are comprehensively reviewed,and their development status,key technologies,and research status at home and abroad are analyzed.[Pesult]The application scenarios of ship intelligent rescue and salvage technologies are summarized,challenges in aspects such as technology,regulations,standards,investment in research and development faced during the development of ship intelligent rescue and salvage technologies are identified,[Conclusion]and the multifaceted prospects for the development of ship intelligent rescue and salvage are put forward.
