摘  要:[目的]为分析生物质脱硝剂在船用低速柴油机中的应用潜力,[方法]以选择性催化还原(SCR)系统为基础构型,选用生物质脱硝剂作为还原剂,建立船用低速柴油机烟气脱硝的反应机理,通过系统测试获得生物质脱硝剂和氨水对船用低速柴油机排放特性的影响规律。[结果]结果显示:反应温度对氨水和生物质脱硝剂的脱硝速率有很大影响;当反应温度超过360℃后,生物质脱硝剂的脱硝速率相比氨水增长更快,在反应温度为480℃时脱硝速率能达到96.6%,脱硝效果更好;当细颗粒粒径为10μm时,生物质脱硝剂脱硝过程中形成的细颗粒物的质量仅为氨水的62.8%,生物质脱硝剂脱硝相比氨水脱硝能更好地减少PM10排放,对保护环境更有利。[结论]研究结果认为生物质脱硝剂在船用低速主机SCR脱硝系统中具有很大的应用潜力。[Purpose]In order to analyze the potential application of biomass selective non-catalytic reduction(BSNCR)in low-speed marine diesel engines.[Method]The SCR system is taken as the basic configuration and BSNCR is selected as the reducing agent to establish the reaction mechanism of gas denitration in low-speed marine diesel engines.Through system testing,the impact of BSNCR and ammonia water on the emission characteristics of low-speed marine diesel engines are obtained.[Result]The reaction temperature has a significant impact on the denitrification rate of ammonia water and BSNCR.When the reaction temperature exceeds 360℃,the denitrification rate of BSNCR increases faster,and the denitrification rate reaches 96.6%at a reaction temperature of 480℃with the better denitrification effect.At the same time,the mass concentration of fine particles formed during the denitrification process of BSNCR is only 62.8%of ammonia water with a fine particle size of 10μm.Therefore,it can better reduce PM_(10)emissions using BSNCR than ammonia water,which is more environmentally friendly.[Conclusion]The research results indicate that BSNCR has great application potential in the SCR denitrification system for marine low-speed main engines.
