摘  要:[目的]为实现闭环控制选择性催化还原(SCR)系统出口氮氧化物(NO_(x))体积分数的精确测量,开展了对船用SCR脱硝系统中的NO_(x)体积分数检测传感器的应用研究。[方法]系统介绍现有各类型氮氧化物检测技术及其原理,综合分析其在船舶SCR系统中的适用性,通过台架试验方法,以大陆电子(Continental)品牌5WK9型电化学型NO_(x)传感器为研究对象,在7L32型发动机试验台架上进行实际的应用测试研究。[结果]研究结果表明电缆长度和测试取样点位置对NO_(x)传感器测试精度具有显著影响,并提出针对性的优化措施。[结论]基于现有NO_(x)传感器难以满足现行国际船级社协会MPC112文件对NO_(x)传感器精度要求的现状,提出裕量折算法和偏差折算法2种算法,在满足发动机排放限值前提下,将NO_(x)传感器精度与发动机特征参数相结合,为后续法规的更新升级提供新的思路。[Purpose]To realize the purpose of accurately measuring the nitrogen oxide(NO_(x))concentration at the outlet of the closed-loop controlled selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system,this paper conducts research on the application of NO_(x)sensors in the marine SCR system.[Method]Various existing nitrogen oxide detection technologies and their principles are systematically introduced,and their applicability in the marine SCR system are comprehensively analyzed.Meanwhile,bench testing methods are used to evaluate the 5WK9 electrochemical NO_(x)sensor(Continental brand)on the 7L32 engine test bench.[Result]The research results show that the cable length and the position of the test sampling point have a significant impact on the test accuracy of the NO_(x)sensor.The results also propose targeted optimization measures.[Conclusion]Based on this research,it is concluded that,considering the current situation that the existing NO_(x)sensors are difficult to meet the accuracy requirements for NO_(x)sensors specified in the IACS MPC112 document,two algorithms,namely the margin conversion algorithm and the deviation conversion algorithm,are proposed.On the premise of ensuring compliance with the engine emission limits,the accuracy of the NO_(x)sensor is combined with the engine characteristic parameters,providing new ideas for the subsequent updating and upgrading of the regulations.
