摘  要:[目的]为给船岸搭接装置精准姿态自调节功能优化提供计算依据,监测系泊船舶实时姿态信息,对船岸搭接装置工作状态及可靠性做出判断,准确获得船舶复杂动作实时在泊状态,[方法]通过给YOLOv5图像识别算法加入注意力机制进行改进,使用Mosaic数据增强操作提升模型的训练速度和网络精度,并提出一种自适应锚框计算与自适应图片缩放方法,通过使用大量船舶舱门图片进行标注和训练,得到适用于船舶在泊时的舱门识别算法。[结果]搭建实际模拟平台,在采集、处理和展示泊位状态数据过程中实现了对船舶在泊状态的高效监测和评估,验证了基于改进视觉识别算法和雷达辅助算法的舱门识别技术的有效性,[结论]为船舶系泊安全和设计评估提供了重要支持。[Purpose]In order to provide a computational basis for optimizing the precise attitude self-adjusting function of the ship shore overlap device,and monitor the real-time attitude information of the moored ship,make judgments on the working status and reliability of the ship shore overlap device,and accurately obtain the real-time berthing status of the ship's complex actions.[Method]By adding an attention mechanism to the YOLO V5 image recognition algorithm and using Mosaic data augmentation operation to improve the training speed and accuracy of the network,an adaptive anchor box calculation and adaptive image scaling method are proposed.By using a large number of ship door images for annotation and training,a door recognition algorithm suitable for ships berthing is obtained.[Result]By building an actual simulation platform and collecting,processing,and displaying berth status data,efficient monitoring and evaluation of ship berthing status are achieved.The effectiveness of cabin door recognition technology based on improved visual recognition algorithms and radar assisted algorithms is verified,[Conclusion]providing important support for ship mooring safety and design evaluation.
