摘 要:采用水热法成功合成了ZnWO_(4)/ZnO异质结型光催化剂。通过XRD、Raman、SEM、BET、UV-Vis DRS、PL等技术对样品的结构及性质进行分析,以石化废水为目标污染物,考察其光催化降解活性。研究结果表明,ZnWO_(4)/ZnO异质结光催化剂能够显著提高光生载流子的分离效率,进而提高光催化活性。在光催化降解石化废水实验中,经过60min模拟太阳光照射后,其对石化废水的降解率达到98.25%,一级反应动力常数达到0.0691min^(-1),分别为ZnO和ZnWO_(4)样品反应速率常数的5.08倍和10.47倍,经过5次循环降解实验后,其对石化废水的降解率仍能达到88.48%。ZnWO_(4)/ZnO heterojunction photocatalyst was successfully synthesized through hydrothermal method.The structure and properties of the as-synthesized samples were analyzed by XRD,Raman,SEM,BET,UV Vis DRS,PL.Petrochemical wastewater was selected as target pollutant to evaluate its photocatalytic degradation activity.The research results exhibit that ZnWO_(4)/ZnO heterojunction photocatalysts can significantly improve the separation efficiency of photo-generated carriers,which can further enhance its photocatalytic activity.In the photocatalytic degradation experiment of petrochemical wastewater,after 60 minutes of simulated sunlight irradiation,the degradation rate of petrochemical wastewater reached 98.25%,and the first-order reaction kinetic constant reached 0.0691min-1,which was 5.08 times and 10.47 times higher than that of pure ZnO and ZnWO_(4)samples,respectively.After 5 cycles of degradation experiments,the degradation rate of petrochemical wastewater could still reach 88.48%.
