摘 要:本文建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锰硅合金中有害元素铅、砷、锑、钴的检测方法。实验采取微波消解和冒高氯酸烟两种溶样方法,选用分析谱线分别为:砷(As)188.980nm、铅(Pb)220.353nm、锑(Sb)214.282nm、钴(Co)238.892nm;采用钇(Y)作为内标元素减少仪器波动的影响。检测结果显示,相对标准偏差在3.53%~26.08%之间,回收率在95%~110%之间,检出限分别为:砷(As)0.024mg·L^(-1)、铅(Pb)0.015mg·L^(-1)、锑(Sb)0.018mg·L^(-1)、钴(Co)0.020mg·L^(-1);标准样品验证结果表明,检测结果可靠,可用于锰硅合金中有害元素的检测。This article establishes a method for determining harmful elements such as lead,arsenic,antimony,and cobalt in ferromanganese-silicon alloys using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy.Two methods of microwave digestion and perchloric acid smoke dissolution were used in the experiment.The analytical lines were As(188.980nm),Pb(220.353nm),Sb(214.282nm)and Co(238.892nm),respectively.Yttrium is used as internal standard element to reduce the influence of instrument fluctuation.The results showed that the relative standard deviation was 3.53%~26.08%and the recovery was 95%~110%.The detection limits were As 0.024mg·L^(-1),Pb 0.015mg·L^(-1),Sb 0.018mg·L^(-1)and Co 0.020mg·L^(-1),respectively.The verification of standard samples shows that the test results are reliable and can be used for the detection of harmful elements in ferromanganese-silicon alloys.
