氨基改性生物炭吸附含铬工业废水实验研究

摘  要:为寻找一种具备经济效益和环境效益的含铬工业废水处理材料,采用浸泡、化学改性和热解等工艺,制备了一种氨基改性生物炭,并进行了含铬废水初始浓度、含铬废水pH值、氨基改性生物炭投加量、反应时间以及吸附温度对氨基改性生物炭吸附Cr(Ⅵ)效果的影响实验。结果表明,初始浓度、吸附时间与吸附效果呈正相关关系,与投加量、pH值呈负相关关系,吸附温度对吸附效果的影响较小;为了获得较好的吸附效果,建议氨基改性生物炭处理含铬工业废水的最佳参数为:废水初始浓度20mg·L^(-1),pH值为2,投加量为0.1g,反应时间为3h,吸附温度为45℃。In order to find a chromium containing industrial wastewater treatment material with economic and environmental benefits,an amino modified biochar was prepared using soaking,chemical modification,and pyrolysis processes.The effects of initial concentration of chromium containing wastewater,pH value of chromium containing wastewater,dosage of amino modified biochar,reaction time,and adsorption temperature on the adsorption efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)by amino modified biochar were tested.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between initial concentration,adsorption time and adsorption effect,and a negative correlation with dosage and pH value.The influence of adsorption temperature on adsorption effect was relatively small;In order to achieve better adsorption effect,it is recommended that the optimal parameters for amino modified biochar treatment of industrial wastewater containing chromium are:initial concentration of 20mg·L^(-1),pH value of 2,dosage of 0.1g,reaction time of 3h,and adsorption temperature of 45℃.
