摘 要:随着油气田开采技术的发展,油气井钻井越来越注重绿色、环保开发。环保型水基钻井液体系研究有助于实现石油与天然气绿色开采。针对目前国内外环保型水基钻井液技术研究,介绍了润滑剂、抑制剂、降滤失剂3类绿色添加剂,分析了生物质钻井液、无固相钻井液、耐高温环保钻井液3类环保型水基钻井液体系的研究进展,探讨了环保型水基钻井液技术发展趋势。分析结果可为环保型水基钻井液技术研究提供技术支持与指导。With the development of oil and gas field exploitation technology,oil and gas well drilling pays more and more attention to green and environmental protection development.The study of environmental friendly water-based drilling fluid system is helpful to realize the green exploitation of oil and gas.In view of the current research on environmental friendly water-based drilling fluid technology at home and abroad,this paper introduces three kinds of green additives,namely lubricant,inhibitor and filtrate reducer,analyzes the research progress of three kinds of environmental friendly water-based drilling fluid systems,including biomass drilling fluid,solid-free drilling fluid and high temperature resistant environmental drilling fluid,and discusses the development trend of environmental friendly water-based drilling fluid technology.The analysis results can provide technical support and guidance for the research of environmental friendly water-based drilling fluid technology.
