铜复合物/超级活性炭的制备及其室温脱除硫化氢机理研究

摘  要:以Cu(NO_(3))_(2)·3H_(2)O为铜源、大比表面积活性炭(超级活性炭)为载体,采用浸渍-热分解法合成出铜复合物/超级活性炭,并对其进行物相表征以及室温脱除H_(2)S性能测试,结果表明,该复合材料晶相中Cu物种为金属Cu、Cu_(2)O,其表面以Cu_(2)O为主,另有少量CuO和Cu。该复合材料具有大比表面积(1476.8m^(2)·g^(-1))和高活性铜复合物等优点,表现出优异的脱硫性能,穿透时间和硫容分别为133h和605.1mg·g^(-1)。结合XRD、XPS测试结果,讨论了复合材料的脱硫机理。硫化反应后复合材料的Cu、Cu_(2)O晶相特征衍射峰消失,出现了Cu_(9)S_(8)特征衍射峰;另外,脱硫剂表面部分CuO被还原成Cu^(+),部分CuO与H_(2)S反应生成CuS;而Cu被O_(2)氧化成Cu_(2)O,Cu^(+)、Cu_(2)O与H_(2)S反应生成Cu_(2)S,Cu_(9)S_(8)的形成可能与CuS和Cu_(2)S有关。Copper composite/super activated carbon was synthesized by impregnation-thermal decomposition method using copper nitrate as copper source and large specific surface area activated carbon(super activated carbon)as carrier,and its phase characterization and H_(2)S removal performance were tested at room temperature.The results show that the Cu species in the crystal phase of the composite are metal Cu and Cu_(2)O,and the surface are dominated by Cu_(2)O,with a small amount of CuO and Cu.The composite has the advantages of a large specific surface area(1476.8m^(2)·g^(-1))and a highly active copper composite,showing excellent desulfurization performance with a penetration time of 133h and a sulfur capacity of 605.1mg·g^(-1),respectively.Based on the results of XRD and XPS tests,the desulfurization mechanism of the composite was discussed.After desulfurization,the characteristic diffraction peaks of Cu and Cu_(2)O crystal phases disappear,with the appearance of Cu_(9)S_(8).In addition,part of CuO on the surface of the desulfurizer is reduced to Cu^(+),and part of CuO reacts with H_(2)S to form CuS.And Cu is oxidized to Cu_(2)O by oxygen.The generated Cu^(+)and Cu_(2)O reacts with H_(2)S to produce Cu_(2)S.The formation of Cu_(9)S_(8)may be related to CuS and Cu_(2)S.
