摘　　要：新质生产力是符合新发展理念和高质量发展要求的先进生产力质态,对农业强国建设具有强劲推动力和支撑力。新质生产力赋能农业强国建设,是马克思恩格斯关于农业科技思想的内在规定,是中国共产党解放和发展农业生产力的经验总结,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的时代要求。新质生产力能够以颠覆性技术和前沿技术创新驱动,不断提升农业全要素生产率,推动农业供给保障强、科技装备强、经营体系强、产业韧性强、竞争能力强。新征程上,必须在坚持党的全面领导、尊重农民主体地位、立足国情农情、守住安全底线、厚植生态底色的前提下,进一步提高农业科技创新水平、培育农业新产业新业态、构建新型农业经营体系,以及大力培养新型职业农民。New quality productive forces are advanced qualities of productivity that conforms to the new development concept and the requirements of high-quality development,and have a strong driving force and support for the construction of an agricultural power.Enabling the construction of a powerful agricultural country with new quality productive forces is the inherent regulation of Marx and Engels’thoughts on agricultural science and technology,the summary of CPC’s experience in liberating and developing agricultural productive forces,and the requirements of the times to fully build a modern socialist country,which can be driven by subversive technological innovation to improve agricultural total factor productivity.We will promote strong agricultural supply guarantees,strong scientific and technological equipment,strong business systems,strong industrial resilience,and strong competitiveness.On the new journey,we must further improve the level of agricultural science and technology innovation,cultivate new agricultural industries and formats,build a new agricultural management system,and vigorously cultivate new professional farmers under the premise of adhering to the overall leadership of the Party,respecting the main position of farmers,basing ourselves on the national conditions of agriculture,keeping the bottom line of safety,and strengthening the ecological background.
