摘 要:由于受搅拌操作、冲击或其他因素影响,钢水液面在工艺过程中会发生波动,导致液面出现凹凸现象,导致主机元件无法提供准确的液位测量。为了解决钢水液面示数的问题,引入智能视觉,研究出一种钢水液面监控系统。利用蓄电池电压驱动模块,调节液面信息查询模块与液面监控数据传输模块,实现钢水液面监控系统的模块化设计。设置上、下机位监测软件,对中央监控控制器I/O端口地址的分配,完成监控系统的机位程序设计。利用智能视觉技术,定位钢水液面监控坐标,编写视觉识别指令,在全线程监控环境中运行,从而完善具体的监控流程,实现基于智能视觉的钢水液面监控系统设计。实验结果表明,在钢水液面下凹或上凸程度保持不变的情况下,应用智能视觉监控系统所得液面读数与真实液面读数之间的差值明显更小,不会因错误读数而造成主机元件无法准确监控钢水液面示数的问题。Due to stirring operation,impact or other factors,the liquid level of molten steel wil fluctuate during the process,resulting in a bump in the liquid level phenomenon,resulting in the main engine components can not provide accurate level measurement.In order to solve the problem of indicating the liquid level of molten steel,a monitoring system of liquid level of molten steel is developed by introducing intelligent vision.By using battery voltage driving module,the liquid level information query module and liquid level monitoring data transmission module are adjusted to realize the modular design of liquid level monitoring system of molten steel.Set up the upper and lower position monitoring software,assign the I/O port address of the central monitoring controller,and complete the program design of the monitoring system.Intelligent vision technology is used to locate the coordinate of liquid level monitoring of molten steel,write visual identification instructions,and run in the full-thread monitoring environment,so as to improve the specific monitoring process and realize the design of liquid level monitoring system of molten steel based on intelligent vision.The experimental results show that the dfference between the liquid level reading obtained by the intelligent visual monitoring system and the real liquid level reading is obviously smaller when the degree of concave or convex of the liquid level of molten steel remains unchanged,and the problem that the host element cannot accurately monitor the liquid level reading of molten steel will not be caused by wrong reading.
