摘 要:随着全球工业化进程的不断加速,对能源的需求也不断增长。工业锅炉作为主要的能源消耗设备之一,在工业生产中占据着重要地位。然而,传统的工业锅炉在运行过程中往往存在能源利用效率低、排放污染物多的问题,不仅增加了能源成本,还加剧了环境污染。因此,研究如何提高工业锅炉的能源利用效率、降低排放污染物,成为当前亟待解决的重要问题之一。自动负荷调节技术具有高生产率、低成本的优势,将其应用于工业锅炉系统控制能够极大提升锅炉的运行效率,满足锅炉自动化运行需求。从自动负荷调节技术入手分析,探讨技术原理以及将其应用于工业锅炉的必要性,针对性构建起工业锅炉自动负荷调节系统,希望能够实现工业锅炉的精准控制以及调节。As the global industrialisation process continues to accelerate,the demand for energy is also growing.Industrial boilers,as one of the main energy-consuming equipment,occupy an important position in industrial production.However,traditional industrial boilers often have the problems of low energy utilisation efficiency and high emission of pollutants during operation,which not only increase the energy cost,but also exacerbate environmental pollution.Therefore,the study of how to improve the energy use efficiency of industrial boilers and reduce the emission of pollutants has become one of the important problems to be solved.Automatic load regulation technology has the advantages of high productivity and low cost,and its application in industrial boiler system control can greatly improve the operating efficiency of the boiler and meet the demand for automated boiler operation.It analyse the automatic load regulation technology,discuss the principle of the technology and the necessity of applying it to industrial boilers,and build up an automatic load regulation system for industrial boilers in the hope of realizing the precise control and regulation of industrial boilers.
