摘  要:材料热处理技术作为改善材料性能的重要手段,能够提升材料的物理以及化学性质,使其达到特定性能要求。真空热处理炉作为热处理的主要设备,将其应用于金属合金加工能够提升金属耐腐蚀性以及强度,将其应用于电子元器件制造能够改善导体的导电性。为了优化真空热处理过程,改善控制精度以及系统的稳定性,需要引入更为先进的自动控制系统。PLC温度控制系统能够实现对真空热处理炉运行系数调整,使得生产过程更为智能化以及可控化。从真空热处理炉的构造以及工作原理入手,讨论PLC控制的组合以及优势,并对系统具体软件设计进行介绍,希望能够提高真空热处理炉的运行效率,减少资源浪费,为未来智能制造提供思路,为工业可持续发展提供有力的支持。Material heat treatment technology as an important means of improving material properties,can enhance the physical and chemical properties of the material,so that it meets the specific performance requirements.Vacum heat treatment furnace as the main equipment for heat treatment,its application in metal alloy processing can enhance the corrosion resistance and strength of the metal,its application in the manufacture of electronic components can improve the conductivity of the conductor.In order to optimise the vacum heat treatment process,improve the control accuracy and stability of the system,the need to introduce more advanced automatic control system.PLC temperature control system can achieve the vacuum heat treatment furnace operating coefficient adjustment,making the production process more intelligent and controllable.Starting from the structure and working principle of the vacuum heat treatment furnace,discuss the combination of PLC control and the advantages,and the specific software design of the system is introduced in the hope of improving the operating efficiency of the vacuum heat treatment furnace,reducing the waste of resources for the future of intelligent manufacturing to provide ideas for the sustainable development of the industry to provide strong support.
