摘 要:煤粉炉在燃烧过程中容易出现热损失、不完全燃烧等问题,导致燃烧效率较低。为此,提出了5G工控网络下火力发电厂煤粉炉燃烧控制优化研究。建立包含煤粉炉运行状态数据的5G工控网络模型和虚拟网络模型,利用基于节点重要度的TOPSIS评价方法对两个模型中的节点展开排序,并按照排序完成节点的映射,根据虚拟链路的资源需求和链路映射函数,将煤粉炉的运行状态数据从工控网络映射到虚拟网络上,并通过分析虚拟网络上各节点和链路状态实现煤粉炉燃烧状态的监测和控制。实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的控制效果。Coal powder boilers are prone to heat loss and incomplete combustion during the combustion process,resulting in lower combustion efficiency.Therefore,an optimization study on combustion control of coal powder boilers in thermal power plants under 5G industrial control network was proposed.Establish a 5G industrial control network model and a virtual network model containing the operational status data of the coal powder furnace.Use the TOPSIS evaluation method based on node importance to sort the nodes in the two models,and complete the mapping of the nodes according to the sorting.Based on the resource requirements and chain mapping function of the virtual link,map the operational status data of the coal powder furnace from the industrial control network to the virtual network,and monitor and control the combustion status of the coal powder furnace by analyzing the status of each node and link on the virtual network.The experimental results show that this method has good control effect.
