摘  要:火电厂燃烧锅炉机组负荷波动影响受热参数,受热参数互相影响,难以通过调整受热参数有效控制干湿态切换,导致干湿态切换耗费较多能量。因此为了保证负荷波动下火电厂燃烧锅炉干湿态切换的有效性,提出火电厂燃烧锅炉干湿态自动化控制技术。分析燃烧锅炉燃烧过程中的受热参数,构建动态线性关系,确定燃烧锅炉干湿态切换控制目标;再以此制定干湿态判断逻辑,设计火电厂负荷波动状态下干湿态切换PID控制器;通过切换策略匹配相应动态线性关系,输入PID控制器中,控制干湿态自动化切换过程。实验结果表明,所提方法应用后,火电厂燃烧锅炉干湿态自动化切换时,在不同负荷波动下切换温度响应效果较好,并能减少燃煤消耗量,保证自动化控制有效性。The load fluctuation of combustion boiler units in thermal power plants affects the heating parameters,and the heating parameters affect each other.It is difficult to effectively control the dry wet state switching by adjusting the heating parameters,resulting in a higher energy consumption for dry wet state switching.Therefore,in order to ensure the effectiveness of dry and wet state switching of combustion boilers in thermal power plants under load fluctuations,automatic control technology for dry and wet state of combustion boilers in thermal power plants is proposed.Analyze the heating parameters during the combustion process of a combustion boiler,construct a dynamic linear relationship,and determine the control objectives for switching between dry and wet states of the combustion boiler;Based on this,develop a dry and wet state judgment logic and design a PID contrller for switching between dry and wet states under load fluctuations in thermal power plants;By matching the corresponding dynamic linear relationship through switching strategies,input it into the PID controller to control the automatic switching process between dry and wet states.The experimental results show that after the application of the proposed method,the temperature response effect of switching between dry and wet state automation of combustion boilers in thermal power plants is better under different load fluctuations,and it can reduce coal consumption and ensure the effectiveness of automation control.
