摘 要:从工作原理、组成、主要特点、设计参数、入口喷淋布置的重要性、粉尘收集六个方面对转炉煤气干法系统蒸发冷却装置进行分析论述,采用三维软件对蒸发冷却装置内部的温度场、速度场进行了数值模拟,得出了水雾完全蒸发所需时间与烟气流的断面速度和水雾粒径的关系图,蒸发冷却器的容积与冷却器筒体直径和水雾粒径有关,冷却器筒体直径和长度的大小取决于烟气流的断面速度和烟气流通过冷却器时水雾完全汽化蒸发所需的时间。蒸发冷却器入口存在气流偏流情况,通过调整喷枪的周向分布和插入深度来增加蒸发冷却器右侧测喷淋强度,可以有效的提高出口气体温度的均匀性与减小器壁高温区域,避免蒸发冷却器整体变形和内壁结垢。研究结果表明:必须保证烟气在蒸发冷却器内有足够的停留时间,以保证烟气冷却和液滴完全蒸发;选用喷枪的雾化效果要好,同时需定期检查维护;喷淋断面覆盖完全,喷淋强度分布要与烟气流量分布相一致,以利于烟气冷却和增加液滴和粉尘接触几率;应降低香蕉弯内和香蕉弯出口的烟气流速,利于粉尘收集。From the working principle,composition,main characteristics,design parameters,the importance of inlet spray layout and dust collection,the temperature field and the speed field of the time of the water gas evaporation and the diameter of the water mist are related to the diameter of the cylinder of the cylinder of the cooler and the sectional speed of the smoke gas flow and the time required for the evaporation of the water mist through the cooler.There is airflow bias at the inlet of the evaporative cooler.By adjusting the circumferential distribution and the insertion depth of the spray gun to increase the right side measurement spray strength of the evaporation cooler,it can effectively improve the uniformity of the outlet gas temperature and the high temperature area of the reducer wall,and avoid the overall deformation of the evaporative cooler and the scaling of the inner wall.The results show that the flue gas stays well in the evaporation cooler to ensure the flue gas cooling and droplet evaporation;the spray gun is effective,and the spray section is complete,the spray strength distribution should be consistent with the flue gas flow distribution to facilitate the flue gas cooling and increase the droplet and dust contact probability;the flue gas flow rate in the banana bend and the banana bend exit should be reduced,facilitating the dust collection.
