摘 要:从建设投资、精炼功能、工艺特点和精炼成本等方面对当前应用最广泛的两种非真空精炼LF和CAS进行了对比分析,阐述了各自的技术优势和优选条件。同时介绍了某公司两个炼钢厂的主要设备、产品,炉外精炼设备的选择配置,以及围绕优质、低耗、高效生产进行精炼工艺优化应用的情况。除极低氮钢外,LF适于生产大多数钢种,特别是在生产低硫钢和高合金钢、质量要求高、需要控制夹杂物形态、对可浇性要求高、炉机匹配性差、生产不稳定等情况下;CAS在生产铝镇静钢时有优势,特别是低碳、低氮、低硅的铝镇静钢,不仅成分控制得好、精炼速度快,而且成本低,适合产品质量要求不高且看重建设投资、运行成本的。某公司工艺优化实践表明,LF能够优质、低耗、高效地生产低硫低碳低硅铝镇静钢。Two most widely used non-vacum refiners of LF and CAS were compared and analyzed from construction investment,refining function,process characteristics and refining cost,and technical advantages and preference conditions were described.At the same time,selection and configuration of the main equipment and products of two steel making plants of a company were introduced,as well as optimization and application of refining process about high quality,low consumption and high efficiency production were introduced.In addition to very low nitrogen steel,LF was suitable for most steel grades,especilly in the case of producing low sulfur steel and high alloy steel,high quality requirements,need to control the shape of inclusions,high requirements for castability,poor matching of converter and caster,production instability,etc.CAS had advantages in the production of aluminum killed steel,especially low carbon,low nitrogen,low silicon aluminum killed steel,not only good composition control,high refining speed,and low cost,CAS was suitable for the case of low product quality requirements and paying attention to construction investment and operating costs.The process optimization practice of the company showed that LF could produce the aluminum killed steel of low sulfur,low carbon and low silicon with high quality,low consumption and high efficiency.
