摘 要:专注于炼钢电弧炉烟气余热回收系统的优化设计和性能评估。通过实验数据的详细分析,探讨了烟气流量、温度以及系统响应时间等关键参数对热交换效率和余热回收效果的影响。研究中引入了模糊PID控制器,以提高系统的适应性和控制精度。通过计算平均值和标准偏差,评估了系统在不同操作条件下的性能变化,并提出了针对热交换器设计和控制策略的改进建议。研究结果表明,通过优化控制系统和热交换器设计,可以显著提高余热回收效率,降低能源浪费,并促进环境的可持续发展。It focuses on the optimization design and performance evaluation of the waste heat recovery system for steelmaking electric arc furnace flue gas.Through detailed analysis of experimental data,the influence of key parameters such as flue gas flow rate,temperature,and system response time on heat exchange efficiency and waste heat recovery efficiency are explored.A fuzzy PID controller was introduced in the study to improve the adaptability and control accuracy of the system.By calculating the mean and standard deviation,this article evaluates the performance changes of the system under dfferent operating conditions and proposes improvement suggestions for heat exchanger design and control strategies.The research results indicate that optimizing the control system and heat exchanger design can significantly improve the effciency of waste heat recovery,reduce energy waste,and promote sustainable environmental development.
