摘 要:根据加热炉的热平衡测试分析,炉体散热损失是各项热损失中较大的一项。针对某轧钢加热炉的实际工况,分析了炉体散热损失的影响因素。该加热炉炉顶的保温结构采用传统保温材料,存在炉顶温度高、炉顶裂缝等问题,增加了炉顶钢结构损坏的风险,增加了炉顶电子元件、阀门等设备的故障率和使用寿命,甚至存在燃气泄漏的安全隐患。通过炉顶保温结构优化、炉顶局部区域可行性验证、有效加热段实际应用新型保温材料后,炉顶平均温度较改造前降低了37.43℃,降温效果明显,改善了现场环境,减少了炉体散热损失,节能效果好。According to the heat balance test and analysis of the heating furnace,the heat loss of the furnace body is one of the larger heat losses.Based on the actual working conditions of a rolling heating furnace,the influencing factors of heat loss of furnace body are analyzed.The insulation structure of the top of the heating furnace use traditional insulation material,which has some problems such as high temperature of the top of the furnace,crack of the top of the furnace,it increases the risk of the damage of the steel structure of the top of the furnace,it increases the failure rate and service life of furnace top electronic component,valves and other equipment,and even has the hidden danger of gas leakage.Through the optimization of the furnace top insulation structure,the feasibility verification of the local area of the furnace top,and the application of the new insulation material in the effective heating section,the average temperature of the top of the furnace has been reduced by 37.43℃,the cooling effect is obvious,the utility model improves the field environment,the heat loss of furnace body is reduced,and the energy saving effect is good.
