摘 要:主要对国内某钢厂100t水平连续加料预热电炉的除尘系统运行情况和优化措施进行分析。采取的优化措施主要包括:动态密封系统采用基于压差传感器信号的闭环控制、一次除尘系统混风控制采用最小混风量运行模式、一次除尘系统运行制度根据电炉冶炼供氧制度进行实时调整、二次除尘系统风机和控制阀门根据电炉冶炼阶段进行调节。通过对该水平连续加料预热电炉除尘系统及电炉生产运行的改进调整,现场除尘效果得到明显改善,电炉炉内吹氧强度提高20%,电炉冶炼周期缩短4 min,吨钢冶炼电耗降低10 kW·h/tls,除尘系统运行电耗降低4.5 kW·h/tls,有效提高了电炉生产效率,降低了吨钢生产成本。It mainly analyzes the operation and optimization measures of a 10ot horizontal continuous charging&preheating EAF dedusting system.Optimization measures mainly include:dynamic sealing system adopts closed-loop control based on pressure difference sensor signals,mixed air control of primary dedusting system adopts the minimum mixed air volume operation mode,primary dedusting system operation is adjusted according to EAF oxygen supply system in real-time,dedusting fan and control valve of secondary dedusting system are adjusted according to EAF smelting stage.After improving and adjusting of the horizontal continuous charging&preheating EAF dedusting system and EAF smelting operation,the on-site dedusting effect has been significantly improved.EAF oxygen blowing intensity has been increased by 20%,EAF tap-to-tap cycle has been shortened by 4 minutes,EAF electricity consumption has been reduced by 10 kW·h/tls,and dedusting system electricity consumption has been reduced by 4.5 kW.h/tls.EAF production efficiency is improved,and production cost is reduced.
