摘 要:感应炉在工作过程中,工件的形状、大小、材质等因素可能导致负载的变化,进而影响加热效果和温度分布。为实时感知负载变化,并作出相应的调整,保证加热的稳定性和均匀性,提出一种考虑碳减排约束的变频控制方法。建立以碳减排约束为条件的感应炉节能控制要求,分析感应炉控制过程中的影响因素,设计机电一体化条件下节能变频控制方案,通过PID算法设定理想的感应炉控制规律,利用比例控制有效地减小控制反应误差,提高控制响应速度,设定回水压力范围,根据影响参数设定多个控制点,通过控制电磁转矩来完成感应炉的动态变频控制。经实验证明所提方法能快速响应感应炉节能变频需求,保证燃料燃烧完全,热效能充分发挥。During the operation of an induction furnace,factors such as the shape,size,and material of the workpiece may cause changes in the load,thereby affecting the heating effect and temperature distribution.To perceive real-time load changes and make corresponding adjustments to ensure the stability and uniformity of heating,a variable frequency control method considering carbon emission reduction constraints is proposed.Establish energy-saving control requirements for induction furnaces based on carbon emission reduction constraints,analyze the influencing factors in the induction furnace control process,design energy-saving frequency conversion control schemes under mechatronics integration conditions,set ideal induction furnace control laws through PID algorithm,effectively reduce control reaction erors using proportional control,improve control response speed,set return water pressure range,and set multiple control points based on influencing parameters,dynamic frequency conversion control of induction furnace is achieved by controlling electromagnetic torque.Experimental results have shown that the proposed method can quickly respond to the energy-saving and variable frequency requirements of induction furnaces,ensuring complete fuel combustion and full utilization of thermal fficiency.
