摘  要:在工业电热设备使用过程中不可避免地会产生一定的电磁辐射,然而国内外针对电热设备电磁辐射测量方法的研究较少。为了准确评估工业电热设备电磁辐射的影响,开展了电热设备实验室测量和现场测试研究,总结了电磁辐射测量方法与仪器仪表,明确了根据电热设备应用场景、设备特性以及测量的目的选择测量方法与仪器,为制定相应的国家标准或规范提供技术支持。此外,研究还强调了未来在电磁辐射防护技术研究方面的发展方向,以及通过改进电炉设计、使用新型低辐射材料、优化控制策略等措施,降低电磁辐射影响。The use of industrial electric heating equipment inevitably produces certain electromagnetic radiation.However,there is a lack of research on the measurement methods for electromagnetic from electric heating equipment both domestically and internationally.In order to accurately assess the impact of electromagnetic radiation from industrial electric heating equipment,this paper carries out laboratory measurements field tests of electric heating equipment,summarizes the measurement methods and instruments for electromagnetic radiation,and clarifies the selection of measurement methods and instruments based on the application scenarios electric heating equipment,equipment characteristics,and measurement purposes,which is of great significance for providing technical support for the formulation of corresponding national standards or specifications.In addition the study also emphasizes the future development direction of electromagnetic radiation protection technology research,as well as the measures to reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation by improving the design of furnaces,using new lowradiation materials,and optimizing control strategies.
