摘  要:基于大型泄洪闸规模、孔口尺寸和下泄流量大,由此带来的闸下消能、闸门水动力作用荷载更加复杂,闸门结构的抗振能力也相对减弱,结构的流激振动问题也更加突出,已经成为影响工程运行安全的制约性因素。以某工程泄洪冲沙闸为依托,开展闸门水力学、结构动力特性、水弹性振动特征、抗振优化措施、弧形闸门支臂的动力稳定性等问题系统研究。揭示泄洪闸弧形闸门结构存在的问题,提出优化结构动力性态及合理运行操作方式等控振减振措施,对确保泄洪闸弧形工作闸门的运行安全提供了可靠技术保障。With the rapid development of China's water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction and the continuous improvement of manufacturing and construction levels,the scale of flood discharge sluices has increased rapidly,and the sizes of orifices and the discharge flow rates have been continuously enlarged.As a result,the energy dissipation below the sluices and the hydrodynamic action loads on the gates have become more complex,the anti-vibration ability of the gate structures has been relatively weakened,and the flow-induced vibration problems of the structures have become more prominent,which have already become restrictive factors affecting the operation safety of the projects.In view of the hydraulic structure situation of the flood discharge and sediment flushing sluices in a certain project,this paper conducts a systematic study on issues such as the hydraulics of the gates,the dynamic characteristics of the structures,the characteristics of hydroelastic vibrations,the anti-vibration optimization measures,and the dynamic stability of the radial gate arms.It reveals the existing problems of the radial gate structures of the flood discharge sluices and proposes vibration control and reduction measures such as optimizing the dynamic behavior of the structures and adopting reasonable operation methods,which hopefully could provide reliable technical references for ensuring the operation safety of the radial service gates of the flood discharge sluices.
