摘 要:钢管柱标高点位的错误致使柱内隔板失效,柱壁直接承受梁端传来的拉压力和剪力,节点性能大幅下降。针对工程柱内标高错误问题,利用有限元ABAQUS软件建立模型,采用19个四等高粱钢管柱-钢梁框架加固节点横向对比。通过对荷载-位移曲线、Mises路径应力分布、骨架曲线和刚度退化等性能分析,进而探讨以不等肢角钢下不同参数对框架节点力学性能的指标影响。研究表明:在一定范围内,不等肢角钢的肢厚不宜过厚或过薄,肢厚建议为9 mm~10 mm最佳;为保证节点的力学性能,建议保持角钢传力件与柱的距离尽量小;不等肢角钢传力件肢宽比例设置不宜过窄或过宽,肢宽比1∶1为最佳状态,建议肢宽比介于1∶1到3∶2之间。The elevation error of the steel pipe column has caused the failure of the partition plate in the column.The column wall directly beard the pulling pressure and shear force from the beam end,and the joint performance was greatly reduced.In view of the error of the internal elevation of the engineering column,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the model performance analysis,and the 19 joint models of fourth-class sorghum steel pipe column-steel beam frame reinforcement are used for lateral comparison.Through the analysis of load-displacement curve,mises path stress distribution,skeleton curve and stiffness degradation,the influence of different parameters on the mechanical properties of the frame joint.The results are as follows.Within a certain range,the limb thickness of the angle steel should not be too thick or too thin,the optimal thickness is 9 mm~10 mm;In order to ensure the mechanical properties of the joint,it is recommended to keep the distance between the Angle steel and the column s as small as possible;The limb width ratio of the steel should not be too narrow or too wide,the limb width ratio is 1∶1,the recommended limb width ratio is between 1∶1 and 3∶2.
