浅埋偏压连拱隧道施工技术优化研究

摘  要:为了确保浅埋偏压连拱隧道在复杂地质环境下施工时围岩的稳定性和结构安全性,以安康市岚皋县头桥隧道为背景,通过数值模拟和现场监测,分析中导洞-双侧壁法施工时,开挖错距和临时支护长度对围岩位移和支护结构受力的影响。研究结果表明:增大先行洞与后行洞的开挖错距能显著减少围岩变形并降低支护结构受力;相比之下,临时支护长度的增加对围岩变形和结构受力的改善作用较慢;当浅埋偏压隧道长度大于或等于三倍洞跨时,建议优先贯通埋深较浅的先行洞,再施工后行洞,并尽量缩短临时支护长度,同时满足仰拱施工要求。该施工方案有效控制了围岩变形,确保了结构安全,减少了施工干扰并降低了工程成本。In order to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and structural safety of shallow buried eccentric load arch tunnel in complex geological environment during construction,based on the Touqiao Tunnel in Lantian County,Ankang City,this study investigated the effects of excavation spacing and temporary support length on surrounding rock displacement and support structure stress during the construction of multi-arch tunnels using the middle pilot tunnel-double side wall method.Numerical simulations and field monitoring were employed for the analysis.The results are as follows.Increasing the excavation spacing between the pilot and subsequent tunnels significantly reduces surrounding rock deformation and support structure stress;in contrast,the increase of temporary support length has a slow effect on the improvement of surrounding rock displacement and supporting structure stress.When the length of shallow-buried bias multi-arch tunnel is greater than or equal to three times the span of the tunnel,it is suggested that the first tunnel with shallow buried depth should be penetrated first,and then the second tunnel should be constructed,and the length of temporary support should be shortened as much as possible on the premise of meeting the requirements of inverted arch construction.This construction strategy can effectively control surrounding rock deformation,ensure structural safety,reduce construction interference,and reduce project costs.
