摘 要:为深入探究矿渣-粉煤灰地聚物混凝土的力学性能,利用正交试验方法研究矿灰比、水胶比和水玻璃模数对矿渣-粉煤灰地聚物混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、抗折强度和折压比的影响。在试验基础上建立矿渣-粉煤灰地聚物混凝土应力-应变本构模型。研究结果表明:矿渣粉含量的增加可以显著改善混凝土的力学性能,但含量过多会降低其韧性;碱溶液含量增加,抗压强度和轴心抗压强度先提升后下降,抗折强度提升较小,折压比先减小后增大;水玻璃模数增加,3种力学性能均先提升后下降,折压比先减小后缓慢增大。In order to further explore the mechanical properties of slag-fly ash geopolymer concrete,the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the effects of slag-fly ash ratio,water-binder ratio and sodium silicate modulus on the compressive strength,axial compressive strength,flexural strength and bend-press ratio of slag-fly ash geopolymer concrete.Based on the experiments,the stress-strain constitutive model of slag-fly ash geopolymer concrete was established.The results are as follows.The increase in slag powder content can significantly improve the mechanical properties of concrete,but excessive content will reduce its toughness.As the alkali solution content increases,the compressive strength and axial compressive strength first increase and then decrease,the flexural strength increases slightly,and the bend-press ratio first decreases and then increases.As the modulus of sodium silicate increases,the three mechanical properties first increase and then decrease,and the bend-press ratio first decreases and then slowly increases.
