摘 要:为提高渠道接缝材料寿命,将原渠道接缝材料配方进行优化并对其耐久性进行试验研究。以光反射材料超细白云母、纳米二氧化钛、紫外线吸收剂所占百分比为变量,采用三因素三水平正交试验确定最佳配比。试验表明:4%光反射材料超细白云母、5%纳米金红石型二氧化钛和0.3%紫外线吸收剂UV-327的配方呈现出最优的综合性能。结合紫外线老化寿命分析,可将我国严寒地区接缝材料的耐老化技术指标确定为:经酸、碱侵蚀后,拉伸强度保持率≥90%,断裂伸长率保持率≥90%,弹性恢复率保持率≥90%;经紫外线老化试验1500 h后,拉伸强度保持率≥95%,断裂伸长率保持率≥95%,弹性恢复率保持率≥95%。三种原料虽对新型接缝材料耐酸、耐碱性能无显著影响,但显著提升了其耐紫外线老化性能。In order to improve the life of the channel jointing material,the original channel jointing material formula was optimized and its durability was experimentally evaluated.With the percentage of light-reflecting material ultrafine white mica,nano titanium dioxide and ultraviolet absorber as variables,the three-factor three-level orthogonal test was used to determine the optimal ratio.The test showed that the formula of 4% light-reflecting material ultrafine white mica,5% nanometer rutile titanium dioxide and 0.3% ultraviolet absorber UV-327 showed the best comprehensive performance.Combined with the analysis of UV aging life,the aging-resistant technical indexes of joint materials in China's cold regions can be determined as follows:after acid and alkali erosion,the tensile strength retention rate≥90%,the elongation at break retention rate≥90%,the elasticity recovery rate retention rate≥90%;after UV aging test for 1500 hours,the tensile strength retention rate≥95%,the elongation at break retention rate≥95%,the elasticity recovery rate retention rate≥95%.rate≥95%.The three raw materials do not have a significant effect on the new jointing material's resistance to acid and alkali,but it significantly improves its resistance to ultraviolet aging performance.
